Wally Commisso

As Pure Industrial’s Senior Vice President, Real Estate Operations, Wally Commisso oversees the company’s construction, development and planning, property management, building operations, customer experience, and brand functions.

Wally joined Pure Industrial in 2022 and holds almost 25 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Pure Industrial, Wally led operations and property management for Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, and he worked in senior leadership for property management and construction with Alexis Nihon Real Estate Investment Trust. He started his career as a project manager with a private developer.

Wally holds a Diploma of College Studies/Diplôme d’études collégiales in Computer Science, as well as numerous certifications in construction and property management.
