Ian Passmore

As Pure Industrial’s Senior Vice President, Investments, Ian Passmore oversees Pure’s investment and development teams to expand the business and service offerings. Ian has more than 14 years of experience in acquisition and asset management roles in North America, with a wealth of knowledge across all major property sectors and markets within Canada.

Ian joined Pure from Brookfield Asset Management where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management across Brookfield’s Real Estate and Infrastructure groups. Ian has also supported the investments team at Square Mile Capital Management, a New York-based real estate private equity firm focusing on equity and credit investments across the US, and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) within the real estate investments group.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
