Jennifer Erickson

As Vice President, Human Resources, Jennifer Erickson serves on Pure’s leadership team and is responsible for the company’s human resources (HR) team, strategies and operations across Canada, including talent management, development and retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of professional business experience overseeing human resources and culture programs. Most recently, she served as senior director with Otis Canada where she oversaw HR operations for 11 locations and more than 1,600 employees. She has led multiple HR transformation initiatives, complex change management processes, and the implementation of a leading-edge, real-time feedback program to enhance performance management.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Business Management (Human Resources), from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and a postgraduate in Human Resources from Humber College. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) accredited by the Human Resources Professionals Association.
