Deanna Ramoul

As Vice President, Brand, Customer and Property Management, Deanna Ramoul leads a team of 35-plus professionals and is responsible for all aspects of our customers’ experience across Pure’s market-leading portfolio.

With more than 20 years of diverse real estate experience, Deanna joined Pure Industrial in 2013, holding progressively senior roles in property management, including the responsibility to launch and build the Pure property management team. She also launched and leads the company’s customer experience, brand, and marketing and communications platforms.

Prior to joining Pure Industrial, Deanna worked in property management with organizations including GE Capital and Avison Young. Deanna’s designations include the Harvard Business School’s customer excellence program, the CXPA professional members program, and BOMI Internationals’ Real Property Administrator (RPA) program.
