Jonathan Rovira

As Pure Industrial’s Senior Vice President, Leasing, Jonathan Rovira is responsible for all aspects of leasing across the company’s portfolio.

Jonathan joined Pure Industrial in 2013 as Director of Leasing for Eastern Canada and has over 18 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Pure Industrial, he held leasing positions at GE Capital Real Estate, Oxford Properties, and IGRI Advisors, having begun his career at Colliers International.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Urban Geography from the University of Toronto, and is Pure Industrial’s Broker of Record with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
