Matt Richardson

As Pure Industrial’s Vice President, Construction and Building Operations, Matt Richardson is responsible for the construction and operations of every asset. He leads a team of 60-plus professionals to ensure the seamless execution of projects from conception and planning, through the construction phase to substantial completion, and to deliver top tier building operations.

Matt joined Pure Industrial in 2021 and holds more than 15 years of management experience in the construction sector, including leadership roles with EllisDon and Chandos.
