Michael Duff

As Pure Industrial’s Vice President, Development and Planning, Michael Duff is responsible for existing asset expansions and all development activities, from site selection through successful completion and handover to the client.

Prior to joining Pure Industrial in 2021 as the Vice President of Business Development and Transactions, Michael shared his expertise with firms such as Beedie as the Director of Development, The Goldman Group, and Oxford Properties. Michael has extensive experience in all asset classes, though he has a strong passion for industrial land development.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University.
