Stephen Tam

As Vice President, Finance, Stephen Tam serves on Pure’s leadership team and is responsible for the company’s accounting and financial reporting across our business, including corporate accounting, operations administration, property accounting, and financial planning and analysis.

Stephen brings more than fifteen years of professional business experience in real estate accounting, real estate investment management, and treasury. Most recently, with Dream Unlimited, his work in finance included acting as head of treasury operations for all publicly traded Dream vehicles and as controller for an extensive roster of development projects across various life cycles and asset classes. Prior to Dream, Stephen led a team of finance professionals supporting a number of operational areas within Venterra Realty.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and he holds Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant designations with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
