Pure Industrial welcomed 10 new executive team members to the company in 2022. Together, the 14 executive members to Pure Industrial in a range of sectors including finance, development, property management, leasing, human resources, law, and technology.

President and Chief Operating Officer, David Owen is responsible for the company’s overall operations, with a focus on company strategy, operations (corporate & real estate), and portfolio management.
Chief Investment Officer, Charlie Deeks is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing industrial real estate investment and development opportunities.
Chief Finance Officer, Hitesh Mistry is responsible for all finance activities and technology operations, including financial & business reporting, data platform, treasury, technology procurement & advancement, and system implementations.
Senior Vice President, Property Management and Building Operations, Wally Commisso is responsible for overseeing the company’s national property management, building operations, and customer experience functions.
Vice President, Human Resources, Sommer Stewart is responsible for leading the company in creating a progressive, values-aligned culture and work environment, and for scaling and transforming the company’s HR department.
Vice President, Legal Affairs, Andrée Lemay-Roux is responsible for overseeing the Legal Affairs department, managing internal governance and risk assessment matters, and implementing interdepartmental processes.
Vice President, Capital Projects, Tim Donald is responsible for leading the Capital Projects team in areas including the company’s Environmental and Sustainability platform, corporate CAPEX program, and landlord & tenant work. Tim also supports the growing development pipeline and the execution of the yearly capital budget.
Vice President and Head of Technology, Mélanie Vallée is responsible for leading the company’s Technology team in the development of internal and external strategies and innovative IT best practices supporting business growth.
Vice President of Development, Michael Duff is responsible for existing asset expansions and all development activities from site selection through successful completion and handover to client.
Vice President, Asset Management, Steven Bouffard is responsible for maximizing our portfolio’s value and return on investments by developing and overseeing the execution of asset business plans that are in alignment with the company’s strategy.
Vice President, Leasing, Michael Racine is responsible for overseeing leasing activities & strategies for over 20 million square feet of industrial properties in Montreal and Quebec City.
Vice President, Property Management, Eugen Stoenescu is responsible for the daily operations of the Property Management department, including implementing standard operating procedures and leading the team’s customer service approach
