For any projects within your leased space, the first step is to communicate with your property manager. Your property manager is there to support and guide you through the process, ensuring you comply with your lease agreement, current standards, and the building’s existing conditions. The Pure team is here to support you with required maintenance and repairs. Please use the MRI Angus platform to make your requests. This approach ensures for you:

If you would like to put up a temporary sign or banner, please contact your property manager as a first step. Your property manager can guide you through this process, including the need to contact your municipality to ensure the banner complies with city regulations.

If you want to install or replace an exterior sign, please contact your property manager. Your property manager will be able to walk you through the specific requirements for your building. 

To speed up the approval process, please provide a visual representation of your project, including a plan with the dimensions and mounting details of your sign. Once approved, the next step is to obtain a city permit. 

Most signage suppliers can offer a turnkey service and handle the procedures with both the property owner and the city. If helpful for you, your Pure property manager is ready to provide references for these services.

  • Water Conservation: Water monitoring equipment is being installed at the building level of all Pure properties. Flood and leak detection is being monitored 24/7 and alerts are addressed promptly. This water consumption awareness has a direct effect on optimizing our customers utility costs. You can build on this service by monitoring your space’s water consumption to gain insights and adjust as needed. 
  • Green Certifications: Pure Industrial continuously pursues green certifications for our properties, including LEED, BOMA Best and zero-carbon building (ZCB) design certification.
